I hope we get fusion soon. It'll do wonders for society, removing the burded off of fossil fuels.

I wanna see something that'll withstand 100,000,000 Degrees celsius for an extended amount of time before I really buy it.

Looks too much like Spider-Man to me.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.

if it breaks and the inner temp is 100mil c then thete will be a massive hole in the earth's crust 100+miles wide

Guys, they've been running these things in both Russian, America, AND some south american country for some time now. I've seen videos of it and seen of them myself. So far, everything's worked...

well, if ... IF there was one im my town... it exploded and the 100million c got out.
the eastern part of the area i live in (the so called "greater" houston metropolitan area) would be a massive lava lake, then become an extension of the gulf of mexico.
