Here in the good ol' U.S. of A. that kind of thing just comes naturally to us. I mean, come on: our president's name is Bush; our vice president's name is Dick. And for awhile, we had a secretary of state named colin, which is one letter off of colon, which is kind of a sex organ (in the same way as the mouth).
