Recently, i've been sort of harsh on noobs and newer members of SeeD. I know I shouldn't be mean to them and tell them to go away, but it is hard not to when they show up saying how they 'slayed a dragon with my lvl 1000 acc!' or talking about how they scammed other members out of items and passwords. Anyway, i'll try to be a little nicer... we don't want to scare any of them off. TheSmile.gif

But.. Isn't it ok to mock scammers, hackers and cheaters? O.o I do it all the time. icon_sweatdrop.gif

As for the owners of lvl 1,000 accounts.. they shouldn't get harsh treatment, since they don't know we know better. Liars get what they will, and will come to understand that it's moronic to lie about your RuneScape account.

But kudos to you for this, ja.

No, you do want to scare off scammers, since it's clear that -by posting a scam or hack on their first post- their intentions are not to commit to our community. Kudos to everyone who enjoys messing with 'em. And Jbg, if I'm not mistaken, are you not also a 'noob', as we'll call it? Or were you the one with another account?

I'm here with Tre Lufec and his raaaaihd.
HI! I'M BACK SPORADICALLY! Nobody probably remembers me :(

What exactly was your first name on here because your other one was registered in summer of 04.

I never had multiple accounts... this is what happend:

I registered and posted with some random name that was some variation of my first and last name like 'J_Gentzkow' or 'Gentzkow_J' or something in the Fall of 2003. I posted on that for a while and then because I was a noob then (sorta) reregistered a new account called 'jbg9.' I only did that because it had been months since my last post and I could even remember my username. And then I went quite a while without returning after that and somehow my account got messed up and I couldn't log in to that so cspace changed that account's username to 'jbg8' and then told me to create this account called 'jbg9.'

I was sort of a noob than and forgot my passwords and usernames and such. icon_sweatdrop.gif

I have trademarked the symbol: '™'. You fail at display names.
