What, you think Steve Jobs isn't corrupt?
*Dodges rotten tomatoes thrown by the Applites*
Anyhoo, sounds good to me. Gives more people a chance to participate, and reduces the chance of someone being chosen and then simply disappearing.

Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Here's a thought:
We create a new Jobs Forum under the Bridge or something. We also assign people the position of "Employer" or something to that effect. Each Employer will be responsible for a certain type of task. There can be an Event Employer, an Advertising/Promotional Employer, Submissions Employer and so on. These employers will have access to their own Gil Distribution accounts as stated in the first post. These Employers would then post tasks that need to be completed. When a task is posted, someone wanting to make some gil comes along and signs up to complete a task. When the task is completed, they return to the Job Forum and post a claim to the reward for completing the job. The Employer pays the worker an amount specified within a given range, and makes a documentation of the transaction. All the jobs can be done quickly, efficiently, and with good documentation.
Here's an example:
Alpha = Submissions Employer
Tanny = Worker
Alpha: I need someone to make a Guide to Farming Blessed Griffons with a Mesmer and put it in the DoA Faction Forum. -50 gil (open)
Tanny: I'll do it!
Alpha: ok! *Edits original post so (open) says (reserved for Tanny)
Tanny: *finishes task and posts guide in DoA Faction Forum* I'm done!
Alpha: Here's your pay. *gives Tanny 50 gil*
Well, that's just aboot it. Assign people jobs as employers so they can assign people tasks for gil. You might wanna make a position of Employer Administrator that has power over all the other Employers in case one of the Employers goes awol in the middle of a job. This way, the employee can still get paid, even if the Employer is absent.

- Any other ideas?
Clan relations?
New user professional greeters?

Chat hosters? (like they can control R2, indicate to people when to go on)
Journalists? (after so many attempts to sustain a SeeD newspaper, maybe it will work this time)
Positions in DS?
Interesting fact researchers? (a lot of topics seem to involve facts and news and stuff, especially livescience

Pro IB spammers?

Faction organisers?
Garden organisers?
Anti-scammers?
Computer nerds? (people who are experienced with computers to help others with problems)
Galbadian Legion?
Signature makers?
Homework helpers?
I have trademarked the symbol: '™'. You fail at display names.
