Revamped The 'Latest Posts' Block

It now shows more information, and I stuck it in the center at the top of the homepage (and it counts latest posts, so the most active threads will be listed instead). It also makes obsolete the previous rule about names with long words since they should not distort the portal any longer. If you had a name altered by an admin due to this rule, contact me and I'll revert your name if you wish.
