what i'm saying is that, unless your ancestors were one of the original American colonists*, the black people's ancestors were in America first, and most likely not by choice, so it's really not within your moral rights to complain about them; if you don't like how it is, then leave - as the saying goes, they were here first.

actually, for about a few centuries, they couldn't leave - not even the plantations on which they worked, much less the country. they were confined to their work stations from sunup to sundown. only when they were freed from slavery and no longer useful for slave labor were they allowed to go back to Africa. what good is that? you forcefully take them from their homeland; you enslave them for a couple of centuries; you abuse them like animals; when you can no longer get slave labor out of them, you want them to go back, because you don't want them to benefit from American citizenship - that's only for the white people. something about that sounds very wrong, wouldn't you agree?
