Idea- Take away all forums, and merge into one big forum. Call it 'The Forum'.

What would happen to the SeeD Inn though? What topics does it hold?

Hmm... As it stands now, I think SeeD Inn is a clan/game-related forum in which stuff regarding any faction can be posted. I'm not really sure how that'd be affected in regards to this, although it could be useful having a general purpose factions board.
