1.) His myspace doesn't contain an address, phone number, or last name. It also does not contain any hacker-usable information.
2.) Myspace has a privacy setting for people under a certain age; Hyper lied about his age, turning the privacy feature off.
3.) Any information that can be found on google isn't exactly private--it became public information as soon as he created his myspace, and he did that knowing what the risks were. A search of Myspace using his email address can bring up his Myspace, or googling specific words--it isn't like anyone had to search everywhere and scam and keylog him and {expletive hax0rd by Cspace} to get it.
