Yeah, I thought about it some more.
Example: You can be nekkid in the privacy of your own house but if you get nekkid in front of, oh say, an elementary school then people are going to have problems with that. The issue from the article isn't the fact that she had pictures of herself... it is that she is posting and distributing pictures that are deemed illegal in the intarwebs where anyone can potentially get a hold of them. Those pictures now are under the 'evidence' umbrella and should be seized.
The moment she distributed the pics was the moment her 'self portraits' became illegal.
Everything she got charged with is nuts though.
(knew I heard this story a long time ago. This is an article from 2004. Discussed this in an ethics class, lawl.)

I was going to quote that, obviously the journalist who wrote it was insinuating something (although he/she also never stated that they asked such a question. You've got to hate them for how they use language to cast people in a negative light).
