Oh? There was one about right and left handed forks, and I remembered that one as Iran.

Edit: I looked again, and I was right! -50 points for you.

8/11 - the Polish one was just crazy... but I knew the Chinese one straight away haha. bluetongue.gif

Managed 7/11 somehow. But yeah, I kind of agree with Nazy. Like, it's rude in China to clean your plate because it means you're still hungry? Why is it rude to still be hungry? And if you want more, isn't that really a compliment to the chef? *shrugs*

I always find it funny and scary how at dinner parties with family friends, I'm the only one to have a perfectly clean plate. Same with dinner with my parents and stuff. Mum always asks if I'm full or not and tells me I don't eat enough. bluetongue.gif

But it's just the Chinese culture. Chinese people say that you should ALWAYS eat your food and take as much as you can since there's the very common saying... "Eat!" which just means... eat. Since you need energy and you should always eat until you're full. A sign of bits of food on your plate once you've stopped eating shows that you're so full you can't even eat the leftovers on the plate so you'll have enough to keep you going. It's kinda hard to explain if you haven't been brought up with the culture... icon_sweatdrop.gif

And my parents always get annoyed with me when we go out to dinner and I never order any extra plates once we've eaten, even though I could eat a little bit more. bluetongue.gif

^^ Thanks Ayumi, you rock!! ^^

How many five-year-olds could you take in a fight?

I, myself, prefer it that way. bluetongue.gif I've actually really insulted some Irish fellow in a restaurant for only eating half the sandwich he made because I'd already had a lunch about half an hour before that. >.<

Yay for irrelevance.
