I am talking about like mini clans inside of the gardens that are more organized. Because the gardens are lossely set up so we can make up like a seperate website with a password to enter and stuff like that

The whole point of garens are that they are like mini clans. Since gardens didn't really work, then i doubt mini clans will.

If they would have their own websites and forums, how would they be affiliated with SeeD?

The reasons Gardens don't work(Not past tense because people are still trying to keep them together) Because they were to unorganized there were no distinguishable factors to being in that Garden besides the thing next to your forum name it needs to go more inside of the games. And I'm talking about like locked forums with passes so only that garden can go to the events kind of like A Fraternity in college.

Not about 2 years ago when gardens were a big deal, but it became more and more difficult to run the system because of the number of members. Gardens can still run the exact same way if people want them to be active, but apparently people don't or they would try to keep them active.

The mini-clans on the other hand are called factions, such as RS, Maplestory, and others.

Yeah, factions are the deal nowadays.
I have trademarked the symbol: '™'. You fail at display names.

Wouldn't it be better to keep us united as one clan? Rather than divide us into more?

It could possibly work if we had ALOT more members, I'm talking hundreds more...
Runescape:
Final F8 - Member of 'Dark Slayers'(inactive)

WoW:
Thrall Server (US) Alliance (sometimes-active)
Luu - 90 Warlock
Lion - 85 Druid
Crikey - 85 Hunter
Deathknut - 88 Death Knight
Mindbullets - 85 Priest

Gardens using seperate websites/boards have been done in the past. Off the top of my head the old Trabia (when Zolon was headmaster) had a seperate set of forums, and Guardian Force led by Final did too.

Activity on them tends to die down after a while, just like in the Garden forums here. There just isn't enough to keep people interested. After a great many attempts to keep gardens active it's more or less been decided it's better to focus our attention on keeping the clan as a whole active, rather than breaking up into small groups. Gardens are handy to have sometimes (like a few times when we've split up into gardens for teams for stuff), but most of the time they're no big deal.

About them being unorganised, the earlier manifestations of the Garden system had a higher level of organisation. Unfortunately it didn't really seem to help keep them active, more organisation means more effort to keep something going. The current system was intentionally made simpler to try to remedy that.
