This rule shall hereby state that no GM ('cept for Spacey, of course, if you consider him a GM
![bluetongue.gif](http://www.cspacezone.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/bluetongue.gif)
) other than than the one that created the item can change, edit, augment, put a price on, steal, buy, sell, or in any other way affect it. So this means that, say, Billy Bob there just got a Dagger of the Spam Lord, which gives +5 damage and requires 1 strength to wield. This item was given to him in a quest by GM Lupadupa. Now, GM Carrot-Tea can't come over and change the item, perhaps by making it do 10 damage instead of five, or raising or lowering the strength requirement, or by giving it an ability or by setting a price on it (this would be, like, saying that the item is worth 1000 cinii or something). The only person, other than Cspace, who can do anything to that item is GM Lupadupa.
This rule is hereby in affect until Cspace says it no longer is.
