Cactuar Island seems to be growing ever stronger, inventing new weapons at alarming speed, but they seem to prefer to threaten us rather than actually take any action. Our spies report that my recent propaganda has scared them into a defensive stance. Even so, their allies at Trabia seem to be growing in strength, and could soon launch an attack against us. Our spies in Trabia report that Kimojuno is still considered to be one of them, and if we can get Kimojuno in there, we may be able to convert them to our side. The vote for Elvenblader seems to be going well, and if we can get Elvenblader as Balamb Headmaster, Balamb will be at our aid. Winhill seems to be opposed to Cactuar seperately, maybe if we can contact them we can join forces? A rebellion in Esthar seems to be brewing as well under the command of Bigrat2, and we have joined forces with them, and they will be a valuable ally, with their army of Flying Elephants. Galbadia is in a tricky situation. Their suave headmaster states that he is allied with Centra, but not with me. Maybe a bit of persuasion would help. Suave_anim.gif
