One- While looking around the site I noticed when I clicked the Downloads button at the top of the screen, there were no downloads to download. I reckon I can get a legal site with Video Game MIDI's on them.
Two- To you members out there- Making new topics to come to the chat is a waste of time. Make a new topic, so whenever someone wants to say, "Come to the Chat!" they bump the topic.

Two ideas.

1) Cspace is the only one who can put downloads on there, though I think the only ones that we put on there would be ones that relate to us somehow.
2) I guess people are just more likely to check a whole new thread for a new chat time than a bump in an existing thread. =\

@#2...
I have a wacky suggestion. No clue if it would actually work, and only a smidgen of a clue as to how to implement it, but meh.
Idea...
1. Soandso enters the chat and wants to talk with people, but nobody else is there (except maybe Neo and the permanantly-away Kimo and Phi).
2. Soandso uses !ringbell or some other weird command.
3. This triggers an attention-grabbing (but not overly huge) thingy on the forums that flashes or whatever and says "Come chat! Soandso is waiting."
4. If Soandso leaves the chat (or after, say, one hour has passed), said flashy messagey thingy disappears.
5. Multiple people can use the ringy bell flashy message thingy at the same time.
Effects...
--"Come to the Chat" messages no longer make a spammy mess, but become visible and obvious only when they're needed.
--Doubles as a "Who's Online" list, but doesn't include those who are idling.

Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

If Cspace could do that it would great, but it doesn't sound like the sort of thing you can do with matrix-chat/IPB.
I have trademarked the symbol: '™'. You fail at display names.

Things which you should look at:
SKoA - http://skoa.cspacezone.com/ , if you have any Age of Empires games.
The DS Garden Festival Minigame - Link , whether you play DStorm or not.
The Most Mysterious SSSS - Link For people who don't care about...things.
Like LEGO? Play Blockland!

I know that there is an option with a chat program that displays the users at the top of the forums. I'm not sure if it's only applicable with that chat program or if it can be done with others. If people are interested I can investigate it further.
