The sad thing beside the death of the puppies is that a lot of states do not have laws to fit the crime of animal cruelty.
These people who did this deserve to spend time in jail and having them work at a local animal shelter ,the amount of time should fit the crime done.
This Makes Me Sick.... What kind of punishment should they get?

i would feel sorry for the mothers of the dogs..hmm maybe the police should get people who look like the dude's moms and make a fake video that people put firecrackers in their fake moms mouth. [of course this is all fake] and then the prankers would feel really bad and they would feel very bad because their loved ones are hurt. then they tell them this was fake but this is how you should feel about the dogs. then sentence them =P

erm, for this i think a shotgun blast to the face would be appropriate. or, better yet, be mentally broken down so the sight of a mere dead fly would make them cry for its loss. then remind them of what they did, and then set them into the real world. or china.

lol, I think if any of the stuff that has been listed, like
shoving firecrackers down their mouths would be just
as bad as what the kids did to the dogs, and other people

would be good, just like any other crime committed, killing them

No, you tell them theyre getting the death sentence, and let them sweat that out for a day or 2. Then, when the injection is put in, you wait for about one minute, (just to REALLY freak them out), then yell, PSYCHE! IT WAS JUST A PLACEBO! Then blow their kneecaps off.

lol i like that just not the kneecap part..tell em that and then like make them do 5000 hours of comnity service and as when they are done take their drivers liceins away and let them out of jail but have one of those alarms so they can't go like 50 yards away from home or they weill be zapped hehe

Ugh! Most of these punishments are worse than what they did! We do have punishments for things like that in Australia, like 3-8 years in prison and fines, along with everyone loathing them, but no torturing their mothers and killing them with water guns...
No capital punishment either, but what we do to asylum seekers is pretty bad. Lock them up out west or sending them to Christmas Island...

besides, what the hell is wrong with you people? if they had done that to HUMANS you wouldn't think up punishments this bizarre or cruel. no, put puppies... that's a whole lot worse, right? gawd, not PUPPIES! a puppy's life matters more than a human's, surely?

I think it is because humans are useless bags of slop. Dogs dont actually harm other creatures beyond need. Also that's animal cruelty. How would you like it if I stuck fireworks in your mouth? But, of course, that would be murder and Id be a murderer. So how come it doesnt matter if someone murders a dog? Surely, humans are the greatest livng creatures on the planet!
(btw, Im a vegetarian, not a hypocrite.)
Ah! And, yes, Id say the same for someone who is a murderer.
