Well, I haven't been on Runescape for at least a week or two... I'm really losing interest in it, and I'm currently subscribed to members. So I gave myself an ultimatum - choose within the next few days, or just automatically unsubscribe. So, with my great brain of logic, I decided to leave it to you guys. bluetongue.gif I'm really losing interest, as I've already said, and I'm not sure if there's a point to continuing on. However, it would just be a break for a little while, to keep my mind on other things and such, without wasting $5 per month.

Also, a question - if you unsubscribe with members items in a free area, do you just keep them, except all of them are "members items"?

So, please, help me out here.

Runescape can get repetitive, but if you think you need to take a break, do so. I took a break for a few weeks in March, and it helped me. If you unsubscribe to members, you keep the members objects, but you can use them. Also, if you have exceeded your f2p bank limit, you wont be able to put anything into you bank unless you clear some of the stuff out. take a break for a week or two, runescape will probably get lots of cool new memebrs quests and objects in that time. Lots to keep you interested and occupied.
I wouldnt quit altogether.

Take a break and come back, as many others have said. I HAD to take a break for 4 months, and I missed RS. Now I can't get enough of it. It's just a cycle. Some games I don't want to play one week I start playing again the next (i.e. ROSE, FPS games).

If you don't want to play anymore, leave. That's what I did and everything improved. bluetongue.gif

IMO, you should cancel and take a break.

Just to correct Serena: You can't use your member's items when you are not subscribed, though you will still have them (You can even have them equipped if you don't unequip them before you revert to free, though they won't do anything).

If you're not enjoying it, take a break and come back refreshed.

Pretty sure that was just a typo, 'can' instead of 'can't'. It's a typo I make a fair bit, hehe. grnwink.gif

Oh, if you do decide to take a break. Try to have at least two of all the really common useful items (pickaxes, hammers, chisels, hatchets, etc.)

You can withdraw freely, but you can only deposit things that you already have in the bank. So if you have a spare of everything to keep in your bank, and you get the urge to play, you're free to work on some stuff. grnwink.gif

can thankfully say i've quit rs and found a lot more time on my hands for other things, not to try and get you to quit. just realizing what a waste all that was for me anyway.

EDIT: although i might add one of the things i've found more time for is work unfortunately lol.

Lol, hyper this is how I look at it. I used to play Runescape all the time...then, it got really boring to me. I started playing other games, doing other things. Then after awhile my interest in it started up again, and I started playing. Now I play again....though my break wasn't really short, it was around a year and a half....but I think it applies here. If you really aren't interested, take a break and do other things, then circle back and start playing again. thumb.gif
