

In the castle wars waiting room, there are walls (

1) Firstly, you warm up with a simple head-against-the-wall stretch.

2) Arm-stretch. Washing the wall is another good warm-up

3) Wacking your head against the wall is another good way to clear your mind before battle.

4) Get a few more friends to join you in this head banging, makes the time go faster.

5) Maybe do some jumping jacks. Though, by the looks of it, a lot of us need practice


6) Maybe.. invite more friends? O_O

7) Sometimes it might get so big that you need a leader. Though, we should have picked a better one, she kept making us say cheese...
