Seed Support Information - CurvedSpace Forums

I’m sure you’ve heard of this name many times (SeeD Support), but don’t get too much of a description of it. Look through the sections below to find out more about SeeD Support, who runs it, how to contact it, and even advice on what to ask about.

What Is SeeD Support?

It’s basically what it sound like. SeeD Support is an account on the SeeD Forums for all members to send their questions to in PMs on SeeD-related things (‘SeeD’ Support instead of ‘Customer’ Support

). Also, Cspace won’t get too swamped with PMs himself.

You’re much better off PMing SeeD Support instead of Cspace because it gives Cspace one less PM to answer, you’ll get a quicker response, and SeeD Support doesn’t lose it’s sanity at random times.

Yes, SeeD Support is a Super Moderator. This is mainly for storage capacity in the inbox to hold all the PMs. Every member of the SeeD Support Staff is a Super Moderator themselves anyways, so it doesn’t really matter.

Welcoming Messages

SeeD Support sends welcoming messages (all the same) to newcomers to SeeD who post in the Newcomer Board. This is so they are aware right away of SeeD Support.

For those of you who are discouraged from PMing SeeD Support because they don’t think it can be answered (or is only a question for Cspace), a list has been made of things you should PM SeeD Support about (and it always being updated).

How Do I Contact SeeD Support?

Just send a private message known as a PM to SeeD Support. To do so, just click on the image that says ‘SeeD Support’ in SeeD Support’s signature (end of this post

).

To make a regular PM, just go to “My Controls” near the top of your screen. Then click on ‘Compose New Message’ at the top of the links at the left hand side of your screen. Just fill it out as it says from then on.

How Do I Become A Member of the SeeD Support Staff?

Please don’t ask to become a member of the SeeD Support Staff unless applications are requested. This is when Cspace posts about new, open positions in the CurvedSpace Staff, part of it being SeeD Support. Or of course if you’re chosen individually.
