Yes there is more to this post.
As you can see, the lines on this diagram represent the paths metals take depending on their location. Now here is the point:
Could you put turbines along these paths which would generate electricity by the passing of either tiny particles of metal, or, liquid metal? (there is a sort of liquid metal, called metallic glass)

This company builds what they call liquid redox batteries.
They pump liquified metal-salts through a battery cell-pack .. then store the
charged liquid till power is needed. Then they pump it back through the cell-pack
to use the stored energy.
