I know it was previously addresed but all this is a RPG posting system, the more you post the hgiher stats you get, and some 'RPGs' have healers, battles, etc. The problem with these type of modded-RPGs is that IPB isn't that coded to implement with such systems. I believe IPB 2.1? (the latest) is more implemented and comes with a intergrated RPG system but I'm not sure.
