Meh. Yeah, so tomorrow at my school is the 'Renaissance Faire'. The 6th graders are the peasants, the 7th (my grade -.-) are the merchants, and the 8th are nobles. The annoying thing is is that the 7th graders actually have to be merchants. So we all have to dress up in totally fake looking costumes that are poor attempts at looking Renaissancey (like a dress shirt worn under a pillow case turned into a vest
) and sell food and wooden weapons and such. But it's part of our graaade! In fact, it's like 1/3 of our third trimester grade -.- And how much we sell affects our grade.
Anyways, so like... Everyone's nervous even though practically everyone is ready, so yeah. Pity me!

Same. Lucky you.
I wish I could be a merchant. I'd make a killing off of it.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

I've always loved the renaissance, mainly because people seemed to have a different respect back then, well mainly to nobles and such but still. This is not to be confused with the dark ages, people, which was COMPLETELY different (well not COMPLETELY, but it was different).

Mmm, and it was a time of discovery, not of conflict. Like Ancient Greece.
