Want To Help Lead The Chat?

If you honestly wish to help keep the activity in the chat going, there are some roles that need to be filled.

We could use some more Ops. If you really plan to be active in the chat perhaps you would be good for the position.
If you're in the mood and feel ambitious, perhaps you would like to set up your own bot (it's not really that difficult). R2 can't always be in there, and we could always use more coverage for games and entertainment in the chat. Just keep in mind that it may not be feasible to set up your bot as an op (like R2) for various reasons.
For the moderators, please keep the mod notice fresh. Whether it be for something entirely different or for the chat, you can help bring activity when it's needed. On a similar note, if you see an event that will happen soon, please stick a reminder up there for everyone.

We've been having an excellent level of activity in the chat during the past few nights. Let's keep the trend going.

For everyone, feel free to check into the chat at night. If no one is there, stick around a little bit to see if someone comes (or write a post to get attention there). Don't assume, anymore, that no one is there if there isn't a recent post about the chat.
