You were there when I got the phone call but I dunno if you noticed if I was upset lol.
The Checkout Manager/Duty Manager from Foodtown Chartwell was telling me off over the phone as to why I didn't serve this guy who was buying alcohol since he was with another girl and only the guy produced ID and so we couldn't serve them. She kept telling me to use my initiative and that she was going to have a word with my manager about how I supervise and that I should have served the guy since he was the only one buying alcohol.
Cheryl told me she had no right to tell us what to do (the lady's apparently a cow and has a reputation for being one, since she's been with the company for like 20 years)... so they're getting Kelly to have a word with her about making me upset and our alcohol-ID policy also applies to them since Mary (the Checkout Manager at Foodtown Chartwell) and her operators don't ID groups, only the buyer. They're also going to get a formal apology from her and I can't wait to get it from her, face-to-face. She'll hate my guts afterwards but it'll be sooo good seeing her in the wrong after telling me I was wrong.

Yeah pretty much.
I think I'm gonna go sleep now. Burned most of my music to CDs for a friend of mine and I'm going to the beach for a number of days!! Gotta pack when I wake up and it'll be great fun! Gonna take as many pictures as I can.
