I'm guessing that dot before the 2 was intentional... and .200 is basically 0.2, which can be also known as 1/5 soo...

Take the top right and bottom left matchsticks and then put one on a diagonal to the left (or just above) the "5" and then place the other matchstick so it looks like 1/5. If you get what I'm saying.

But I dunno if there was any point saying that... there's no Ratty to make fun of me if I get it wrong.
