Lmaonade. We've already been hoping for a long time, and the situation is still the same with Saddam dead or alive, the only thing that changed the situation a little was taking him out of power. His existance after being removed from power doesn't matter anymore in terms of situation of the war. His wrongdoings are a different situation.

I cannot make any comments about being "pleased" by it. It's weird. I'm glad he's been taken down, but just to publicize something to such an extent seems wrong.

Fine. He's dead. Don't expect to see me running down the street screaming "YAY!! He's dead!!"

I can't get excited about anyone dying. No matter who it is.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending

Saddam was hanged for war crimes...
He shouldn't have been hung whatever atrocities he has done.
If he was tried.. Tony Blair and George Bush should also be tried for war crimes due to them lying about the war there which has led to too many unnecessary deaths..

I really shouldn't be happy that someone's dead, but... I can't help it. The {expletive antidisestablishmentarianized by Cspace} hole was a butcher and committed genocide. Yes, that was years ago, but wounds go deep and will leave scars in Iraq forever.

Am I in jubilation? No. Am I parading down the street? No. Did I enjoy seeing Saddam's moments before he was hanged? Not in the least. Am I annoyed at Headline News for showing that video every five minutes? Yes.
But at least he's gone, which is good.
