I said that which I have heard from several highly competetive cheerleaders. Obviously, not all girls hate guy cheerleaders, it's just that these girls in particular were very envoius of the attention their male counterparts were receiving, especially at the competitions. Now, normally I put little PC disclaimers in here and there, but I got lazy this time. I should have said. "These females I know HATE male cheerleaders."

This cheerleading stuff baffles me.... well for starters in Australia we dont really have cheerleaders, but of what I have seen in America or wherever, I can see why guys would be ridiculed, but the whole "guys can't do things that they enjoy because it's not viewed right in their image" annoys me a lot, only because just because he is a guy does not mean that he can not enjoy things that he likes and be ridiculed for them.

I know i sorta went of track there, but does it annoy any one else when say a guy will be bagged for doing something that doesn't seem "Manly"... I'll let you ponder that thought

I think sexual bias is definitly out there and to a lot of people it is hidden, but to those who actually seem to interact with the opposite sex and aren't stuck on the internet etc seem to have a better view on the situation of Sexual bias, understand it better because they tend to interect with people... but anyway, what do u guys think of when say guys are ridiculed for say.. being in a school production etc?
