Ok try these on for size:
1) Lead by example, no offence to anyone but many people are sheep and will follow.
2) Look at peace before war, self-expliantory peaceful solution before a conflict
3) Respect your Followers, If you respect them they will respect you
and thats about it
oh or 4) Be like Cspace

1) Lights spammers on fire
2) Always has a pitchfork at hand for riots
3) Keeps spare tinderboxes in his/her backpack
4) A good leader would shed his pants to be used as fuel for a fire
5) Can spit fire
6) Burninates forum trolls
7) Doesnt like peasants
8) Makes the most of supernatural events such as spontaneous combustion of non-fiery things
9) Makes the most of supernatural events such as spontaneous combustion of fiery things
10) Is made of fire
11) Has eyes that shoot fire
and finally
12) Is a pyromaniac.
12 is a given, but you can never be too sure.

I agree, shedding pants has always been an effective method for lighting my fire.
I have trademarked the symbol: '™'. You fail at display names.

Learn from your experiences and make your judgments based off of what and who you are working with. If you try to stick to the same "code" for everything you do, it will not always work.
"Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."
