Because I can see it probably coming, I am writing this warning now.

This situation has been going on for months, it is the only real outgrowth of the negativities of 2004 that we have this far into 2005.  It is really getting sad and is taking its toll on the place, and many want this stupid grudge to end.  Many have tried to reason for months with those involved, going back well into 2004... There were temporary changes, but they just kept coming back.

This is the end of it though.  If you have repeatedly been involved in this or provoking the situations this is a very serious warning that I hope you consider.

If you have been obviously involved in this on a messenger or another medium, have been causing related problems here, or have been trying to perpetuate or amplify the situations, if you do it any longer here you will be suspended or potentially banned.  To a member(s) who was indefinitely banned in the past but has returned, the result is very likely to be a ban.  And when I talk about a suspension I mean length potentially over a month.

This is really getting old and the administration will see that this ends.

This warning also includes chastisement over him returning.  A single negative comment from one who is obviously involved could potentially result in action, this included.

I hope that if this applies to you, you take this seriously before it is too late.

Unfortunately getting banned doesn't have much of affect on those who do receive it. They either consider it as some useless punishment and talk about how they don't care, or come back complaining about how stupid it was for them to be banned.

Maybe it can be a last test I guess. If it fails you should consider permanent bans since it is much too long of a time to keep this up. like I've said in other threads, I suggest they are kept banned until they PM you (Cspace) to tell you they've let go of their stupid grudge(s). If I see one person make a negative comment to fersk that have been involved in these situations I'll temporaryly suspend them (dunno if super mods can do that now, otherwise I'll just censor) so that they won't push him to leave SeeD.

Unless enforcing a ban or suspension already in place, a SMod may suspend for one day to help stop a situation from continuing (at least in relation to flaming/insults).

At this point, I'm just glad that the situation has been officially declared to be over. At first, it was pretty bad, with situations going on every week... And I can't say it's been too fun watching the brief returns of banned members who just get a kick out of avoiding our "law enforcement". But, at any rate, I'm happy.
