I think I'm going away towards the end of that week, but I should still be able to organise some stuff earlier on. Not exactly sure when I'm leaving, I'll check that later.

I'm pretty out of touch with the RS scene, so I'm probably not the best choice to organise events there. I'd be happy to try to get some stuff happening on the boards, chat or GW though. I'll think on it for a bit, try to come up with some ideas. And if you don't mind I'll just edit the job title myself and save you the trouble, if you don't think I'm fit for the job then feel free to remove it.

Aside from the fact that the first to the eighth is precisely the week our school year finishes on, and that I am pretty bad at organising events, I might be able to do a bit if I have any spare time between rehearsals.

Doing lots of stuff on the forums would be good, since time zones aren't as much of an issue and everyone is free to participate. Not that we shouldn't do stuff in-game, but they both have their advantages and limitations.
I'm thinking... Trivia contests, scavenger hunts, maybe some spamfests in the IB, some forum games like those three-word-per-person story things. Uno and Trivia in the chat, as well as just general chattage.
Someone (Phi maybe? One of the smods, anyway) did quite a good scavenger hunt ages ago where they edited in ASCII art into posts randomly throughout the entire forums, with rewards for people that found them. That's pretty low effort, so maybe I'll have a go at running that. Last time I managed to cheat the system and find them all, so it wouldn't be too difficult to avoid that happening again.

Yeah but you had to do your HSC. Or wait, don't they have HSCs in Victoria? I was going to a treasure hunt, the only problem was I divided the thirty or so things to hide between six people, and no one (including me, if I remember correctly) bothered to hide them.
